Terms

These terms cover the shop, workshops, wedding flowers, wholesale, and the pay page. How the site handles your information is on theprivacy notice.

Shop and event prices include VAT at 20%. Wedding menu and estimate prices are shown ex VAT, and VAT is added at checkout. The £100 wedding deposit includes VAT.

You choose collection from the farm, or local delivery. Collection from the farm is free. Local delivery is the Bolsover and Clowne area only. Checkout does not test your postcode against a mile radius.

Occasion flowers: free delivery over £25 in the Bolsover and Clowne area only, or £2 under £25. Farm Friday bouquets: free delivery over £20 in the Bolsover and Clowne area only, or £1.50 under £20. A basket with both uses the occasion rule.

Farm Friday is the main weekly collection and delivery day. Place orders by midnight Wednesday for Friday.

Occasion flowers need at least 24 hours’ notice.In the main growing season (April–October), occasion flowers can be collected or delivered any day of the week by prior arrangement.

If you leave Stripe before paying, nothing is charged. The basket stays in this browser tab, and you can try again or email the studio.

Once a shop order is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the flowers are fresh and perishable. This does not affect your statutory rights where an order is faulty or is not delivered.

A place is held when the payment succeeds. If you leave Stripe before paying, nothing is charged, and the ticket details are still there if you want to try again.

A paid workshop ticket is not refunded. If you cannot attend, a box kit is set aside for you to make at home, and you collect it at your convenience. The ticket email to the person who paid says the same thing: reply to that email to arrange collection.

Seasonal, florist’s-choice flowers in a tighter colour palette. Collect from the farm, or choose a simple drop-off or simple local delivery.£100 deposit.You can pay that deposit, which is £100 including VAT, or pay the menu total including VAT.

We’ll pencil in your date while we talk and put a quote together. It’s confirmed once the deposit is paid.

A La Carte hire is returned within 14 days of the wedding, back to the farm. Damage or loss is charged at cost.

A La Carte drop-off and local delivery cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire. The charge is quoted on time and mileage. This website does not calculate that mileage.

The shop delivery area, Bolsover and Clowne area only, is the shop’s area. It is not the area for weddings, funerals, or workshops.

Deposits are non-refundable. A La Carte is £100. Bespoke is £200, after the consult and the quote. Luxury is the amount agreed on the proposal.

Cancellation charges on the balance. The higher charge applies from the day itself: cancelling exactly 3 months before the wedding means 75% of the balance, and cancelling exactly 1 month before means 100%.

• More than 6 months before the wedding: the deposit is kept, and 0% of the balance is charged.
• From the day that is exactly 6 months before the wedding, up to but not including the day that is exactly 3 months before: 50% of the balance.
• From the day that is exactly 3 months before the wedding, up to but not including the day that is exactly 1 month before: 75% of the balance.
• From the day that is exactly 1 month before the wedding, and any cancellation after that day: 100% of the balance.

Bespoke and Luxury are not taken in this checkout. The Bespoke page says “£200 deposit after consult and quote.” The Luxury page says “The deposit is agreed on the accepted proposal, after we meet and quote.”

Wholesale buckets are for signed-in florists, collected from the farm. They are not delivered on the shop rule above. Leaving checkout before payment charges nothing.

Once the flowers are cut, a wholesale order is not refunded. With at least 3 days’ notice, an order can be rearranged, subject to availability. If we cannot supply the order, it is refunded in full.

The pay page takes a custom amount. It is not a flower order and it is not stored as one. Leaving before payment charges nothing.

A payment on the pay page is non-refundable, except under the terms of whatever that payment is for, or where the law requires a refund.
